Swati is a JLPT Level 1 Certified professional with 17+ years of experience working with several Japanese MNC clients such as Fujitsu as a Project Manager, leading teams and driving several kaizen projects. For the past 10 years, Swati has been running an independent consulting practice, working with several Indian and Japanese government & private sector agencies. Her notable assignments as an interpreter are for the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and for CEO and President of Honda Engineering Co. Ltd (India).

At AFJ, Swati is the chief coordinator driving all activities at AFJ, working closely with Japanese and Indian government agencies as well as private organizations, planning & executing all the activities at our organization.
